Dr. Sooyoun Chung is a passionate and board-certified orthodontist who has been serving the North Dallas Fort Worth community for over 10 years.
Our board-certified orthodontist takes great joy in helping her patients achieve healthy and beautiful smiles for life. She loves getting to know each of her patients on a personal level. Dr. Chung’s favorite part of her job is observing patients overcome their shyness and blossom into their best selves with the help of world-class orthodontic treatments.
Her patients describe Dr. Chung as passionate, funny, kind, and warm. When not working, she enjoys spending time with her dog, participating in Dog Agility, cooking, sewing, working out, and hiking.

Christine was born and raised in Kalamazoo, MI. As an only child, she enjoys the close-knit environment of the practice and loves seeing the transformations patients go through with braces … Click to open this link in the same window … and clear aligners.
Christine’s favorite part of her job is helping Dr. Chung put braces on patients during their first appointment. Outside of work, Christine enjoys baking and crocheting amigurumi. One item on her bucket list is to travel to many countries and experience different cultures.
Patient/Treatment Coordinator
Outside of work, she runs a business maintaining flowerbeds and enjoys painting flower murals and portraits in her spare time. She’s also an avid roller skater and loves exploring new parks with her kids. One item on her bucket list is to travel somewhere tropical and pick all the different fruits. Her favorite quote is, “Keep growing, ever wilder and more free.”
